- Responsible for organizing production activities in order to execute production plan in right time and at right quality level
- Plan and monitor orders on shift level
- Responsible for volumes and quality in his area based on KPI's (MFR, OTD, Final Audit Failure date, Logistics Claims, volumes)
- Active involvement in production planning
- Responsible with headcount and time attendance on his/her shift level
- Responsible to assure all resources needed to achieve production targets
- Active part in define targets for his/her team, monitor, follow up
- Assure continuous training, coaching, daily supportfor his subordinates
- Monitor material consumption and act to reduce scrap
- Assure to have all needed work instruction
- Assure that all work instructions and procedures related to production activities are known and followed by subordinates
- Sets targets and challenges for the team members
- Makes recommendations for compensations and benefits
- Creates and maintains good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Active involvement in quarterly stock take
- Over 5 years experience in production environment
- Bachelor degree
- Team work oriented person
- Resistant to work in stress environment
- Relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Good communication skills in both Romanian and English
- Problem solving skills

- Relevant experience in leading and coordinating large teams
