- To ensure that production output targets are achieved.
- To maintain stock, inventories and finished goods to fulfil agreed production requirements.
- To ensure that quality standards are maintained and practised in all areas of the manufacturing process.
- To ensure all employees area aware of the company’s quality standards.
- To record and monitor monthly defect statistics and associated costs
- To agree a monthly output plan, relating to available work and capacity
- Qualified to degree level, preferably in mechanical engineering/ production/management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years management / supervisor experience.
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to travel to the UK
- English Speaking
- Good communication skills
