RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsibility Area
Works on complex assignments/projects and/or more demanding customers.
Documentation control tasks, high accuracy required.

Impact
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. Errors may have impact on function/project/customer.

Key Tasks

-Product variant implementation and maintenance in factory systems (IMES, PDM, SAP,ATP);
-Overall Factory variant management responsibility for the all variants to ensure that the variants are ready for production when required;
-Cooperates with the Sales Area & Cluster variant team in variant creation & scheduling;
-Cooperates with the programs in the vanilla transceiver variant;
-Factory level variant changes management (changes in BOM, SW & HW);
-Transceiver BOM issues, typelabels;
-Contact window of E-ECN system. Follow up running change ECN. Change local BOM in R3 according to local ECN for released variants and PDM ECN for unreleased variants, distribute ECN to production line;


CERINTE

Previous Background
Product Data Management background is preffered (factory side product documentation background, high mix environment). Any PDM software solution is a plus.

Individual Portfolio
Typically in position 1-2 years based on performance. Degree or equivalent.
Behavioral Skills
Must Haves:
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Can operate under pressure
Nice to Have:
- High level of adaptability
Environment
Tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and independent judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines. Moderate degree of supervision and coaching needed.

Foreign languages:
Fluency in English and Romanian is a must. Any other major Foreign languages is a plus.
