PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

RESPONSABILITATI

Software product dedicated to asset management companies, pension funds managers and depository banks, including modules for: Portfolio Management, Investors Management, Contract Management, NAV Calculation (net asset value), Accounting, Reports, Front-Office (a web interface for distributors & investors).
Technologies: Microsoft .Net 2.0 framework, Infragistics 5.3, AGS SharpEdge 2.0.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality responses to all escalated Client support issues;
- Perform testing in order to verify fix bugs and to reproduce client support issues;
- Use result oriented communication and a positive approach to issues;
- Perform detail analysis, triage and isolation of reported issues and develop creative workarounds and fixes to resolve these issues;
- Perform product implementation activities to gain a firsthand perspective of customer implementations;
- Provides remote and on-site support;
- Work closely with Development and QA teams to perform incident resolution.
