- order receipt for IT equipment and softwarel ask quotations from preferred suppliers
- place orders of IT equipemnt and software and provides follow-up on active orders upon delivery
- regulary validate together with the suppliers manager the on-going contracts and renewals
- owner on the IT internal stocks and the forecast depending on the new hires joining the company
- provides customers with advice and guidance on the features, operational requirements, integration and portability of systems, products and services for which support is provided
- assits in devising effective solutions to customers' defined requirements for new and enhanced systems, products and services
- provides customers with information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities, etc.
- act as routine contact point between organization and supplier
- collects reviews and reports on supplier service and contract performance data. Resolves problems or escalates them to more experienced colleagues
- checks invoices from suppliers to establish wheter they are valid and create purchase irders in case they are nt already issued
- must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all leveles of an organization
- extremely detail oriented
- very well organized in order that he/she is able to keep track of work done
- english language minimum C1
- customer and service oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers
- proficient with Microsoft Excel and other standard IT systems used in Endava
