As a Process Engineer, you have to:
Drive Process improvements
- Initial reporting
- Set-up dash board measurement and metrics ¿¿¿ stabilization
- Deliver Lean basic, advanced training
- Green-belt training for management positions
- Benchmarking of the processes between Genpact and external processes
- Set-up and measurement of the E2E processes
- Delivery green-belt project using DMAIC methodology
GL background at least 5 years
- Fluent English speaker, another language is a plus
- Previous project management experience ( ERP implementation, others, etc)
