RESPONSABILITATI

As a Presales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop both your technical and soft skills. You will have to understand business flows and requirements, to document the functional and non-functional requirements, to collaborate with business developers and technical specialists, and to support client presentations.

What will your responsibilities look like?

* Understand the business flows and requirements provided by the Business developers
* Collaborate with the Business developers in order to clarify all the requirements
* Envision and document the software solution; to include here:
o solution components (e.g.: the Internal Portal Component, the External Portal Component, the BI Component)
o integrations between the solution components
o business flows
o functional and non-functional requirements
* Collaborate with the technical specialists in order to design the solution architecture and deliver a Proof of Concept to the client
* Present the Proof of Concept / solution to the client – both power point and demo

What abilities will you need?

* Experience in working with business applications (CRM, ERP, SFA, e-commerce, call center, BI, portals, DMS)
* Thorough understanding of business logic
* Experience in documenting business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, including diagrams (activity, flows, status diagrams)
* Experience in working with presentation tools (Power Point) and planning tools (Project Server, Visio)
