- Plan and schedule materials requirements in conjunction with work orders planning / MRP forecasts / inventory turnover goals / procurement data;
- Create and send purchase orders to the suppliers in order to meet materials requirement planning;
- Create and send work orders to the manufacturing supervisors in accordance with the assembly capacity and requested completion dates;
- Follow execution of supply purchase orders in relationship with suppliers;
- Provide delivery dates with regard to customer request dates;
- Contribute to inventory systems improvement.
- University degree;
- 2-3 years experience as a planner / buyer in a manufacturing environment;
- MRP systems knowledge;
- Good knowledge of Italian;
- Fluency in English;
- Very good communication and problem solving skills;
- Analytical / organizational skills.
