RESPONSABILITATI

Seeking a self motivating and highly committed person, the job will be full time PLUS.
The job will be mobile. Mostly home based work but some training at our Romanian base near to Cluj and possible visits to the UK, France or Morocco.
Responsibilities:
To assist the managing director:
-Flexible and self motivating personal assistant. Some project based tasks, some regular tasks for example reviewing daily reports.
To assist the reservations manger:
- extensive admin support updating calendars and reservation system daily and weekly routines.
- deal with the public, telephone and email
- communicate with hotels and travel agency partners.
- Help update our own websites uploading images, inputting text
- Routines to support Social media marketing (Facebook blogging, travel forums etc).


CERINTE

Skills required:
-working languages English and French, ability to operate at a high level in these two languages essential. Other European languages would be useful.
- must be competent on computer able to work independently with all common programs.
- attention to detail essential, working to a high standard without mistakes (numbers as well as words).
Training and experience:
- Ideally will have experience working as personal assistant to a senior manager in an international business. Diary management, planning travel itineries, managing expenses etc.
- motivated candidates with language skills but less experience will be considered and training provided.
- we are looking for a practical and commercial person, not an academic.
