Work with the Project Managers to ensure that the Projects are delivered within budgets and timelines
Handle internal and client stakeholders, understand their needs, plan accordingly and ensure execution
Mentor and retain the Project team
Establish and uphold relationship across all levels of Project team
Support Client’s service standard and core values - exhibiting high degree of customer centricity & customer satisfaction
Provide status updates on projects
Up-skill team with domain expertise
Manage all aspects related to the Order to Cash process flow within the Pharma area
Handle activities organized as Projects/Programs
Manage communication with multiple stakeholders at different levels
Work both as an individual contributor and also as a team player with remote teams
Manage activities of process migration (Ops / Transition)
A graduate with accountancy background, having domain experience in finance and accounting/ order to cash function of 8 to 10 years
Deep domain knowledge with operational experience (Pharma Life Sciences background will be a plus)
Prior work experience in shared delivery centres/ Big4s/ third party reputed outsourcing and technology companies (represents an advantage)
Project Management experience
Knowledge and understanding of change management
Ability to work with remote teams
Knowledge on Lean / Six Sigma is preferred
Experience in OTC tool implementation
