Main duties / Responsibilities:
??? Enter the order data in SAP and manage the order Until the Goods are received by the customer;
??? Interaction with Customers Logistics Partner and updates on availability and delivery;
??? Handle all update requests from internal org. (Rebates, debits / credits) returns;
??? Build a good relationship with Customers and Sales Representative
??? Receive and check incoming customer orders
??? Prepare relevant order documents (export, transportation, custom clearance, Assurance)
??? Monitor portfolio on a daily basis order.
??? Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, receipts and Other Goods Procurement Documents.
??? Answering requests suppliers & purchasing hotline
??? SOX compliance Processing & CC5
??? Procurement Reporting
