Responsible of production order creation and clear order pool:
- Convert planned orders in production orders - customer/country/product family/ production due date focus for standard orders
- Convert planned orders in production orders for network/return orders
- Modify Object list for deviations
- Optimization planner - production plan based on production order split (SOP capacity/ PF capacity, delivery stop, prioritization, blocked stocks)
- Run SAP Order book reports and monitor orders not launched into production
- Pre warnings alerts for orders with high backlog risk
- Facilitate solving issues
- Check and follow up with OF planners block release
- Communication with productization team for ECN implementation of SW version updates production schedule/plan production implementing of SW version updates
- Support and participates to process development indicators
- Good understanding of manufacturing and logistics process
- Customer and market understanding
- Customer focus
- Relationship management, networking and communication skills
- Influencing and negotiating skills, deciding and initiating action
- Analytical mindset, result and cost effective oriented
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in working with Excel MS Office
- SAP system knowledges - can be an advantage
