For one of our clients, the world leader in mobility, driving the transformation and growth of the converging Internet and Communications industries, we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Planner.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the most optimum manner representing factory;
Acting as an interface with Sales Units ;
Interacting with Production and Availability planning areas;
Providing feedback to the factory regarding forecasts and market perspectives;
Active controlling of the daily order fulfillment realization including present customer priority list;
Customer Requirements Handling;
Tracking orders against confirmation;
Ensuring sufficient delivery orders for the factory;
Off-frame fulfillment;
Working with Planning / Production / Shipping.
Typically 2-4 years relevant experience, fully competent;
University Degree in Economics or Logistics or corresponding working experience of aprox.3 years.
Communication, self discipline and organizational skills, stress tolerance, attention to details.
Proactivity, problems solving skills, decision maker abilities.
IT knowledge (Windows Explorer, Excel, Power Point, Word); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Fluent in Romanian and English.
