For one of our clients, the world leader in mobility, driving the transformation and growth of the converging Internet and communications industries, we are looking for an Order Fulfillment Manager!
Responsibilities:
Managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the most optimum manner representing the factory;
Responsible for OTD performance monitoring and improving;
Understanding customer requirements and factory internal operational process, including supply confirmation, production planning and production execution;
Monitoring rough scheduling process, order fulfillment process, transportation management to ensure internal or external customer satisfaction;
Customer order execution and delivery status monitoring and reporting;
Contributing to implement factory level loading tactics and optimization of the factory production plan;
Demand Supply Planning, monitoring and reporting;
Continuously improving process practices, methods and metrics.
University degree;
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes;
Good understanding of Demand Supply Network and Operations & Logistics processes;
Customer focus and market understanding;
Great leadership skills;
Good knowledge of new product ramp-up and ramp-down processes from production perspective;
Influencing and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, presentation skills, ability to demonstrate own initiative;
4-6 years of relevant experience;
Fluent written and spoken English.
