- Asambleaza si pregateste rolele pentru placare.
- Pregateste si mentine baile de placare.
- Placheaza formele de rulare la nivelul cerut pentru placarea cu Ni.
- Aplica praful de diamant pe rola.
- Citeste si verifica instructiunile de lucru si desenele tehnice.
- Regateste baile de placare si executa mentenanta zilnica.
- Hotaraste setarea baii de placare in functie de comanda, marimea produsului si geometria rolei.
- Monitorizeaza procesul pentru a asigura indeplinirea cerintelor de calitate.
- Mentine solutia de placare la standardele cerute.
Candidatul ideal
- Trebuie sa fie capabil sa citeasca, scrie si sa aiba cunostinte matematice.
- Trebuie sa poata urma instructiuni scrise si verbale.
- Trebuie sa aiba cunostinte despre folosirea in siguranta a substantelor chimice si a acizilor in pregatirea bailor de placare.
- Trebuie sa fie capabili sa foloseasca instrumente de masura si control, procese statistice si testarea substantelor chimice umede obisnuite proceselor.
- Trebuie sa fie capabil sa citeasca si sa interpreteze desenele si datele tehnice pentru operatiile de placare.
