RESPONSABILITATI

The team receives orders that can be sent directly by customers or by the sales responsible. The customer service responsible are in charge for converting these orders in sales orders for the client's products and Purchase orders if goods need to be sourced from third party providers. It is the task of the customer service responsible to follow up until order completion with the customer and keep the customer aware of the status of the order.
The manager will ensure that the teams are trained, motivated, and exceeding expectations. This person will also effectively interact with both internal and external customers. The buying centre manager will lead and steer his Team Leaders and keep a pan European overview and proactively identify issues and build action plans.

1. Organize and manage the team’s responsibilities on a daily basis
2. Effectively resolve escalated issues
3. Perform advanced purchasing functions as required
4. Ensure that the team exceeds the established SLA’s
5. Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing team. Develop and implement appropriate action plans pertaining to their individual skills and needs.
6. Maintain documented procedures and ensure that the team members are trained and compliant with these procedures
7. Interface with customer management directly to resolve issues and to provide periodic performance updates
8. Increase efficiency and performance through continuous improvement
9. Perform other duties as required


CERINTE

To be a part of our international team you need to have:

-3-5 years supervisory experience required
-Purchasing experience required
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrated problem solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to lead a team
-Previous exposure in an international company
-People management background
-Motivational skills
-Very good English communication
-Good MRP/ERP system (SAP highly recommended)
