- Coordinating the activity of all operational departments (production, logistics, purchasing, quality, engineering and planning, recycling);
- Managing projects all over the country;
- Elaborating financial analysis for profit calculation;
- Being responsible with optimizing services, quality, processes so that he could assure the success of the projects, reducing or eliminating customers’ complains;
- Coordinating public relations (public administration, clients etc.)
- Elaborating weekly and monthly reports and statistics in order to evaluate the status of the projects and find new solutions.
For our client, a multinational company, one of the leading private waste management companies in Eastern Europe, having almost 2000 employees and offering municipalities and industry solutions for every type of waste disposal, we are looking for an Operational Manager.
- University degree in Economics or Technical studies;
- Very good English skills both written and spoken;
- Preferably 3-5 years experience in operations and administration coordination;
- Driving license: B
- Ability and willingness to develop the business;
- Open to traveling in Romania;
- Solution driven attitude.
