RESPONSABILITATI

Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a company offering the industry’s most extensive and expensive range of natural heating and air conditioning solutions, for the following position:

OFFICE MANAGER

- Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software;
- Bringing value in the interaction with suppliers through quality services and products purchased;
- Conducting research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives and directors;
- Keeping records and assuring timelines of contracts / documents / Work Safety / attendance / delegacy;
- Communicating with internal and external clients for efficiency reasons;
- Working directly with clients to solve administrative issues/ documents/ reports/ checking status of ongoing projects;
- Scanning, coping, archiving the documents;
- Responsible for the functionality and the image of the company;
- Serving as the main person for mailing, supplies and bills;
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
- Organizing and scheduling meeting and appointments.


CERINTE

- Bachelor degree
- English– advanced level;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good communication skills / oral Comprehension
- Ability to assimilate detailed technical information;
- Deductive and reading comprehension
- Can DO attitude;
- Being able to organize and prioritize the tasks.
