A successful .NET Engineer will have to:
- Deliver complex technical solutions, based on best practices and expert validation
- Have a good and constant accuracy of the code
- Adapt easily to new environments and technologies and be proactive
- Participate in the Architecture and pre-sales of .NET solutions
- Participate in Planning, Designing & Development phases as part of the team
- Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM applied as standard way of working)
- Train and coach colleagues on your area of expertise & provide support to more junior colleagues
- Consider client needs as well as quality standards
- Acquire a deep understanding of the business
- Be proficient in English
Our .NET Engineers have experience with Microsoft technologies meant to deliver complex solutions. Currently we are developing projects using technologies like ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint, Silverlight , WPF.
Experience with WCF RIA Services, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2005/2008, Expression Blend, Composition Frameworks (Prism, MEF), Data modeling, Collaboration, Social networking, Enterprise Content Management, Microsoft Office Performance Point, Business process automation are good pluses.
