Single point of contact for all ticket information
Ticket investigation when required
Testing for reproduction of the ticket and confirms the ticket validity (incl. severity, priority, outage)
Owns the ticket (update & closure)
Records and documenting details of actions taken
Proactive product care activities
Must keep a high level of security and confidentiality when it comes to customer information
.NET/C# development
Technical University Degree
Good .NET/C# knowledge and experience
Eager to learn new technologies, i.e. Azure
Experience in Software Integration
Knowledge / Experience in using software test and development tools
Knowledge / Experience in software development methodologies and processes
English proficiency
German is not mandatory but is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
