Do you thrive in a fast rhythm environment where helping the customer is your top priority? Are you a smart, optimistic developer who loves to figure out computer software problems? You will troubleshoot a variety of issues over the phone, email or remote connection.

The applications were developed in Microsoft .NET for large European companies and the support team will handle the technical incidents.
What will your responsibilities look like?

Responding promptly to customer questions, complaints and log requests in a timely manner
Using different software tools to track & solve issues effectively
Single point of contact for all ticket information
Investigating tickets when required
Testing for reproduction of the ticket and confirming the ticket validity (incl. severity, priority, outage)
Owning the ticket (update & closure)
Recording and documenting details of actions taken
Proactive product care activities
Must keep a high level of security and confidentiality when it comes to customer information
.NET/C# development


CERINTE

Good .NET/C# knowledge and experience
Eager to learn new technologies, i.e. Azure
Advanced technical skills in the following domains is an advantage but not a must:
Operating systems
Hosting environments / Web servers
Database (MS SQL Server)

English proficiency
German is not mandatory but it is an advantage

What experience do you need?

Technical University Degree
Experience in Software Integration
Knowledge / Experience in using software test and development tools
Knowledge / Experience in software development methodologies and processes
Customer Service /Technical Support experience is considered a valuable asset
