Managing the company’s sales and customer service in Romania;
Create effective and reliable sales structures and procedures for the region;
Assess and detect high potentials (market investigation; development of customer relationships; giving offers, managing contacts);
Developing and implementing the agreed sales strategy;
In long term build local team and be responsible of the quality and performance of the whole human structure;
Conducting analyses, reports;
Close cooperation with the Hungarian sales team ( in short term monthly visit and weakly reports)
3+ year or experience in the sales of abrasive or hardware tools
Strong desire for success
Sales-oriented attitude and strategic thinking
High level of autonomy and initiative
Leadership responsibility
Fluent Hungarian or English language skills
