RESPONSABILITATI

General purpose:

The Channel Delivery and System Integration Team(CSDI)is the dedicated deployment team of the Services Delivery unit,responsible for technical deployment of Nokia Services in regions,working with the Carries,Sales,Services Units and 3-rd party suppliers.
The Mobility Specialist Role will have the responsibility for the design,architecture,management &delivery of the technical components of these engagements .This is a hands-on technology role &appropriate training will b given on the core product set but essential technology skills are a pre-requisite-see below for example.
Due the distributed nature of our team &business,experience of working in highly matrixed organization is desirable.
The position will be based in Romania and will require travel within EMEA region to be at client ???premises (circa 10-30 %of time).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREA

-be the customer s&project team s focal point for technology expertise during a deployment
-on-going support&trouble shooting for carries customers if issues are escalated from Nokia suport organization
-creating and presenting technical deliverables,approaches and architectures for multiple Nokia Business products
-builds and maintains relationships with peer level client staff during and between projects
-understand and can discuss technical issues in business language to senior client and Nokia staff
-develop technical proposal &presents to the seal team&customers
-able to architect a complete end to end solution
-provide substantial support ,guidance and advice to the customers&team members
-mentor other technical staff ,champions new technologies &standards into the organization
-provide feedback to Nokia product lines&R&D.


CERINTE

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Common competencies:
-previous experience in technology consulting of software deployment;
-excellent communications and presentation skills in English language
-strong collaborations and influencing skills
-ability to work in a globally networked organization

Technical experience in the following areas:
-at least one of the following mobile email solutions(e.g.RIM,Visto,Good,Seven,Extended
Systems Intellisync,Nokia Messaging)-Essential
-familiarity with different services for mobile devices (Maps,Games)-Essential
-email systems(MS,IMAP,POP)-Desirable
-strong Microsoft product skills- Desirable
-Mobile Device OS e.g.Symbian- Desirable
- Mobile Device clients-Desirable
- Mobile Device security-Desirable

INDIVIDUAL PORTFOLIO :

-bachelor s degree in Computer s Science,Engineering,Mathematics,Economics or Business
-experience in consulting or software development &deployment
-ability to articulate complex issue to a diverse audience-Essential
-team work ,to share experience learned to enhance the teams capabilities
-prior experience with enterprise mobility solutions(Intellisync,Blackberry)
-certification in at least one messaging platform(Exchange, Domino)
-foreign travel required(10-30%)
