- Microsoft Exchange (2003 or above) - proficient in at least one version
- Backup technology - familiar with

- Knowledge of virtualisation (ideally both HyperV and VMware Vsphere 4)


CERINTE

This vacancy is for senior engineers with good experience of Microsoft infrastructure, O/S and business applications, to join our Microsoft Business Applications team, performing a blend of operational support at 3rd line level, for major managed-service clients.

- Providing technology consultancy services direct to clients, including pre-sales
- Acting as a support escalation point for Microsoft technology problems
- Documentation authoring and process definition
- R&D and product testing
- Out of hours technical support escalations
- Server infrastructure projects: architecture, design and deployment
