RESPONSABILITATI

Objective
Plans the resourcing and hires the people for the material control team within the supply operations team. Plans their professional development. May decide the salaries of people in the shifts.

Key tasks
Administrates systems and reports daily activities.
- Indicates what is the right amount of internal & external resources.
- Ensures competencies for internal and external resources are in required level.
- Sets targets and challenges for the team members.
- Leads, coaches and supports team members according to the Nokia values.
- Makes recommendations for compensation and benefits.
- Evaluate the performace of his or her team.
- Ensures that internally agreed ways of working are implemented and followed.
- Creates and maintains good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicates according to Nokia interest between management and subordinates.
- Supports and drives improvement activities in his team to align with Nokia interest.

- Achieve low OFLT (order fulfillment lead times)

CERINTE

Core competencies
- Proven professional management, with the ability to motivate and lead at least a 20+ team across multiple shifts
- Good communication skills in Romanian and English (written and oral)
- High volume (thousands per day) pick, pack & ship manufacturing experience
- Experience in lean manufacturing and quality management systems

Education
- Degree or diploma from a reputed institution
- Relevant experience of 2 years, total experience of 3 years
