-Position belong to Material Availability Team, inside the Factory Materials Management on both Value or Volume units
-Stakeholders: all teams within respective factory and Materials Management organization. Key interfaces also include Sourcing, suppliers and factory Supply Logistics team.
Key Objectives:
-Ensuring conforming quality materials availability for the factory (ATO Mechanics, P&P and Engine Mechanics)
-Manage inventory on an appropriate level
-Key interface between Nokia and Supplier in terms of demand & supply communication
Key responsibilities:
-Responsible for optimizing material availability for the factory in mass production
-Responsible to maintain a correct level of DOS and to work with other factories to optimize material transfers
-Handling special issues such as critical supply, EXOB, GR/IR
-Generates, updates the material risk report and communications concerning demand and supply towards all the relevant parties
-Tracks inbound materials in collaboration with the Inbound Logistics Team. Supplier development.
-Taking part in escalation process
