RESPONSABILITATI

The Marketing Manager will increase market revenues in his/her market by

1.Specific market analysis and opportunity and threat identification. Development of appropriate solutions.
2.To establish strategic and tactical partnerships to increase market penetration.
- Ensure implementation of agreements is effective; tracking and manage all partners to agreement.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal managers to ensure client interfacing staff are fully briefed on the partnerships and agreement so that client delivery will be in line with the agreement.
3.To take over latent partners, renew and recharge the partnership to ensure higher productivity.
4.Through marketing research to identify unexplored or unexploited market niches –. To communicate these to product development, commercialise the product and bring to market.
5.To identify online partners with high client usage of target group, arrange links, banners, referral programmes with internal web support and SEO team.
6.Investigate and identify new channels to market specific to that market, for development.
7.To identify new tax countries receiving people on work and travel programmes, for product development and roll out.
8.To work on specific strategic and tactical campaigns for other markets as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the description of the local market requirements and the competitors' activities and issuing relevant reports and strategies to the General Management in Dublin
2.Organizing marketing campaigns and events at a national level in order to increase the local client base
3. Responsible with media relations (interviews, articles, advertising, presentations)
4. Defining motivational policies and monitoring the assessment of the local and the level of their performance within the given sector

Requirements:
1. Creative thought process and can-do implementation approach.
2. Ability to work with ones initiative to make decisions and get the job done.
3. Ambition for self and own market – to realize progress and targets in market and achieve bonuses for self.
4. Relevant Marketing Degree (is a plus but not compulsory)
5. At least 2+ years work experience in a similar role
6. Excellent proposal and report writing skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales/business development skills, with all internal and external customers.
8. Friendly and professional.
9. Clear delivery of message and attention to detail.
10. Ability to excel in a target driven environment
11. Excellent presentation skills
12. Excellent communication and persuasive skills
13. Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian
