-Identificarea si dezvoltarea retelei regionale de vanzari directe
-Conducerea si monitorizarea activitatii de vanzare directa in zonele alocate (Cluj-Napoca, Bistrita, Zalau, Satu Mare, Baia Mare)
-Promovarea imaginii companiei atat in relatiile cu clientii cat si in relatiile cu publicul si institutiile de stat
-Selectarea unor reprezentanti de vanzari profesionisti
-Monitorizarea performantelor de vanzari ale agentilor DTD din zonele de responsabilitate si
stabilirea de bonusuri sau de penalitati, in functie de rezultate
-Participarea la elaborarea procedurilor de vanzari pentru zona alocata; verificarea si monitorizarea respectarii acestora de catre colaboratori
-Evaluarea cerintelor pietei, stabilirea obiectivelor de lucru, planificarea obiectivelor de vanzari;
-Identificarea si dezvoltarea retelei de freelanceri din regiune
-Intocmirea de situatii si raportari catre conducerea companiei
-colaborarea cu celelalte departamente din companie
-Experienta de minim 1 an in cadrul unui post similar
-Experienta in vanzari directe minim 2 ani
-Studii superioare absolvite
-Cunoasterea limbii engleze cel putin la nivel minim
-O buna capacitate de coordonare a unei echipe de vanzari
-Bune abiltati de comunicare si relationare
