RESPONSABILITATI

General Purpose
Manages the operations of the shipping warehouse in the factory.

Main Responsibility Area

Manage the team to:
-Prepare and package devices for delivery
-Manage and control the movement of goods inside the warehouse
-Order materials necessary for shipping operations
-Maintain safety and working condition of required equipment
-Achieve 100% customer satisfaction and OTD (On-time delivery) performance
-99.8% stock accuracy
-Maintain high-productivity levels
-Maintain minimal scrap and rework levels
-Contribute to globally competitive cost level by adopting world-class practices, and following Nokia values.
-Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed in the department
-Support management to maintain service quality/volume against targets
-Monitor and control discipline and absence in conjunction with personnel
-Drive team working, continuous improvement and problem solving within the department
-Carry out performance reviews for direct reports
-Assure efficient and effective utilization of human resource in the warehouse
-Maintain confidentiality

Scope

- Responsible for a team of more than 50 persons.

Typically 4 years relevant experience, fully competent.
Uses functionally specific knowledge.
Degree.
Fluent English
Strong leadership skills
SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
