On behalf of our client, multinational automotive company, we are looking for a Logistics Customer Planner for one of the units located in Dej.
Scope & Relationships:
- Coordinates own communication based on given project with the customer in Germany.
- Continuously collaborates with the production area in order to track the manufacturing process for full communication with the customer.
General Responsibilities:
- Communicates directly with the customer, using all available communication means
- Keeps tracking of all orders received from the customer, inside production
- Is analyzing and processing the orders from the customers
- Is organizing and tracking the finished goods transportation to the customer
- Is communicating efficiently with the production area
- Is preparing all required documentation and procedures according to given situations
- Reacts to both internal and external stimuli in order to prevent critical situations
- Improves the logistics processes
Background & Experience:
- Superior Studies (Bachelor’s Degree) - required
- Minimum work experience of 1 year required
- Experience in automotive - advantage
- Very good knowledge of Office Pack (focus on Excel, PPT) - required
- German language – required, an advanced level (spoken, written, understanding)
- English language- required, an advanced level (spoken, written, understanding)
- Exhibit capability for time management
- Enthusiasm and drive to be able to focus
- Proven capability for handling large, continuous tasks, and also fast, immediate solution tasks.
