InnerLook is an experienced international full-service Human Resources Consulting Agency which offers professional tailor-made solutions for companies. Currently, we are looking for a Local Manager for one of our customers, a multinational engineering and electronics conglomerate company.
• Responsible for the set up and for the stabile operation of the site (selection of suppliers) according to the internal policys & to the legal requiremnets;
• Regularly reporting in all relevant topic (business related & financial & Headcount) to the dedicated management responsibles;
• Keeping contact with clients, continuously monitoring and increasing the satisfaction of the clients;
• Having regular overview about the actual project status and take the necessary steps if it is required according to the project milestones;
• Take part in performance evaluation and motivation of his/her colleagues;
• Identify process improvements and create implementation plans for execution;
• Motivate the employees, team leaders, project leaders of the site; support their professional and personal development;
• Plan and supply the human resource needs of the site approved by the dedicated management responsibles and take the agreed actions in cooperation with HR Department;
• Controll all purchasing, ordering, billing processes within the site.
Qualification:
• University degree (technical education) is a must;
• Economical education and / or legal knowledge represents an advantage;
Professional experience:
• Relevant knowledge in domain, technologies and projects;
• At least 3-5 years people management experiece;
• 3-5 years experience with IT implementation projects;
• Project management experience;
Foreign language knowledge:
• Advanced level of German and English language;
