As a JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR LIGHT COMPACTION & CONCRETE PRODUCTS IN CLUJ your main responsibilities will be:
* Promoting and selling Light Compaction and Concrete (LCC) Equipment in the allocated region;
* Developing and maintaining retailers’ network for distribution of LCC equipment;
* Focusing on direct sales - visiting road construction and contractor companies and industries;
* Supporting customers in daily activities and in their daily challenges;
* Organizing demonstrations on jobsites;
* Constantly improving the market share;
* Active participation to marketing activities (campaigns, roadshows, exibitions, events);
* Supporting and sharing information about the market, customers, competition and other players with the sales team, the product specialist and the business line manager.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* Degree in Engineering - mandatory;
* Technical background;
* Minimum 6-12 months of experience in selling technical products;
* Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers;
* Fluent in English;
* Active and self-motivated person;
* Self-driven;
* Team player;
* Results oriented;
* Good communications skills;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
