The Accounts Assistant will be working on monthly overseas accounts, consolidation and reporting.
??? To ensure all invoices are raised on time;
??? Input of financial data into the company???s databases;
??? Reconciliation of database sales figures to the relevant bank statements;
??? To ensure all relevant accounts are delivered on time.
??? Monthly Sales & Bank reconciliations.
??? Other accounts as allocated from time to time;
??? Process all VAT Invoices in a timely manner
??? To be professional in personal presentation, communication, general behaviour and timeliness to all internal and external customers.
??? Good knowledge of accounting;
??? Strategic and clear thinking work approach;
??? Strong attention to detail;
??? Strong database, analytical and accounting skills;
??? Ability to analyse existing process for the purpose of continuous improvement on an ongoing basis;
??? University degree of Accountancy and Financial Control.
??? Very good knowledge of English.
??? Computer literacy.
??? Accounting software.
