Procurement Admin - Main Responsabilities
- Reception and verification of Purchase Requisitions received from internal users
- Check if PR compliant with contracts in place, approved list of vendors etc
- Monthly assessment of vendors’ performance against a predefined set of criteria
- Create and issue PO to vendors
- Liaise with internal customers and vendors for issue resolution
- Open PO Management: expedite on all past due PO and reconfirm with vendor the final delivery date, support the Accounting team in case any mismatches between the Invoice, PO and Goods Receipt
- Build good rapport with buyers, users and the suppliers
- Daily communication/interaction via email/phone with customer across EMEA region
Tactical Buyer - Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing for items from different categories:Marketing, PR, Services - Consulting, Operations, Localization (translation Services), Education Professional Services (tax, audit, finance), IT, Logistics, facilities
- Negotiating Contracts
- Ensuring that the services are as per the Contracts
- Dealing with Suppliers globally (esp. EMEA countries , South Africa)
- Strategize and negotiate actively with suppliers.
- Scout for better suppliers.
- Liaison with the customer to understand their requirement and close the same in the given time frame.
- effectively manage internal / external customers & stake holders.
- Will be responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer Satisfaction.
Procurement Admin
- College / University Graduate
- 0-3 Yrs of prior work, preferably in Procurement or
Sourcing.
- Familiarity with ERP (Oracle) is a plus
- Good written and spoken communication skills in required language (German, Spanish, French OR Italian)
- Analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Working knowledge in MS Excel
- Customer Centric

- English fluency
Tactical Buyer
- 2-5 Yrs of experience in Sourcing / Procurement
- Relevant, commercial educational background (e.g. Marketing preferable)
- 1+ yrs of experience in the desired category -preferable sourcing categories: Marketing, IT, Services - Consulting, Operations, Localization (translation Services), Education Professional Services (tax, audit, finance), Facility&Logistics
- Familiarity with ERP
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Team Player
