Job Summary:

The management of the iQuest Java Solutions practice is looking for support in the execution of the internal processes and the interaction with other departments like Accounting, HR, Marketing, Legal; examples of internal processes are: billing, career management, recruitment, client feedback, document management in the context of customer relationship management.

Skills:

Very well structured and organised; pays attention to details and ensures they are all managed
Great communication skills and ability to interact well with people
talking efficiently and empathising accurately
building relationships on trust, respect and productive interactions

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of PC use
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Knowledge of ERP system use / interaction (Oracle EBS is a plus)
Knowledge of CRM system use (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus)
Knowledge of document management system / portal use (Microsoft SharePoint is a plus)

Previous experience including any of the below represents an advantage:

Execution / definition / structuring of processes in a similar context (IT/non-IT company with similar size)
Interaction with large teams and with people of various styles / backgrounds
ERP / Oracle EBS
CRM / Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Document management system / portal / Microsoft SharePoint
Fluent in German (reading, writing, speaking)
