Job context and overview of your role inside our team:
Our partner in one of the 5 important projects from Cluj is a well known medical & pharmaceutical services provider. Having the mission to ensure a fast and relevant dialogue between the field experts, the patients and the media, this strong and visionary group has based the entire business on the collaboration with the best IT professionals. Therefore, they rely very much on a qualitative international e-infrastructure.
Our focus together will be to ensure performance, quality and security aspects while delivering a product that offers the best user experience.
Your added value will be your strong expertise in Java including Java Enterprise and the capability of analyzing a situation and deliver a qualitative solution. In this role you will be actively involved in:
- All the main development phases: design, coding and testing.
- Delivering high quality solutions to agreed specifications and within agreed timescales;
- Constantly searching for useful information in order to better respond to the client needs;
- Writing of technical specifications for an effective implementation;
- Acting as an adviser and mentor for other less experienced team members if necessary;
- Writing documentation and reports for all development work undertaken.
Technical requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a professional Java development role, with an excellent understanding of J2EE;
- Deep architectural understanding of Java web applications and application servers;
- Good knowledge of modern technologies like Spring, Hibernate, JSF, SQL or others;
- Knowledge of Open Source libraries, tools and frameworks.

- Initiative and the ability to detect both the advantages and the limits of a solution;
- Good communication skills;
