General Technical Skills / Experience
4+ years of coding experience in other technologies(C, C++, C#, .Net etc.)
Strong OO Design Skills – UML, Design Patterns, Design Principles
SQL Databases – strong experience, in one of the following: MySQL, PostGres, Oracle
Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Must have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to think independently
Java Specific Technical Skills / Experience
Coding experience using Java web applications in a Windows/Linux/Unix environment (JDK 1.5/1.6): min 2 years of experience
Strong OO Design Skills – UML, Design Patterns, Design Principles
Web frameworks experience in one of the following: Strut, Spring MVC, JSF
Exposure to JMS and Web services (SOAP, REST)
Experience using Apache, Tomcat, Oracle
SQL Databases – strong experience, in one of the following: MySQL, PostGres, Oracle
Good exposure to JSF, AJAX and hibernate
Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
