As a member of the Analysis & Architecture team, it will be involved in design and architecture of multiple projects in both financial and media domain. Work will include documenting and analyzing requirements, provide estimates (where appropriate), create or help in creating the design documents and support the development team where appropriate.
- Expertise with architectures, designing, developing, deploying and trouble-shooting Java (web) based solutions.
- Extensive experience in enterprise application architectures, deployment, environments and non-functional concerns (scalability, performance, availability, reliability, security etc.)
- Strong knowledge of modern Java-related frameworks — O/R mapping (e.g. Hibernate), Dependency Injection (e.g. Spring), etc.
- Very familiar with a broad range of architectural patterns and styles (e.g. SOA, ESB, Message Driven Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, etc.)
- Knowledge of hardware infrastructure to support an enterprise Java solution.
- Strong knowledge of configuration, optimization and management of at least one commercial and one open-source Java application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat/Geronimo
As a Scrum Master you will have to:
- Demonstrate considerable commercial experience in software development and hands-on experience of Java and Web development.
- Excellent capability to lead a software development team, being responsible and able to be involved in all aspects of the project’s technical delivery, participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements.
- Facilitate work for an agile team of highly experienced and motivated developers and testers.
- Able to influence team and specialist peers internally, by being involved in a broad range of complex technical and professional work activities, in a variety of contexts.
