RESPONSABILITATI

·Main responsibility is to support the various process transitions end to end from the client environment to Genpact Romania – and act a single point of contact for the IT area
·His / her responsibility – after classroom and shadowing of current IT manager - will cover end-to-end IT aspects from participating in RFP, Solution Identification discussions through the actual process transition till go-live / handover to IT operations team
·Work closely together with the business leaders to understand their needs and suggest different solutions
·Document implemented systems and processes
·Plan and lead IT improvement projects during the process transition
·Follow up the problem resolution and if necessary intervene until it gets resolved
·During the transition, cooperate with other IT teams for ensuring smooth operation after go-live
·Keep contacts with vendors and service providers
·Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures
·Work on standardization together with the customer in a heterogeneous environment


CERINTE

·University or college degree
·Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements
·Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD)
·Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS)
·Strong project management skills and experience
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Excellent knowledge of English, as well as French /German
·Relationship management skills
·Problem solving approach
·Should be open to extensive traveling in various European countries
