RESPONSABILITATI

This vacancy is for a Microsoft IT Desktop Support Engineer, with strong technical skills in Microsoft Desktops, Applications and Servers, to join our technical teams providing managed services to our clients.

Duties include:
- 2nd line support — Investigating and fixing problems escalated from 1st line support
- Involvement in problem management
- Installation and configuration
- Maintaining and improving support information and documentation
- Training junior technical staff

We are looking for:
- Smart people whose current job is fixing technical problems with a range of Microsoft-based IT services, within a company where IT is very important to the business.
- The successful applicants will be able to work under pressure, fast learners with healthy can-do attitude; they will need to be some of the best technical problem solvers within their company, as well as having no problems in presenting their ideas.
- We are looking for people with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role though are willing to make exceptions for exceptionally technical people.
- Written and spoken English at proficient level, the applicants must be able to competently and confidently conduct oral and written business communications.

Skills:
The successful candidate will already be in a role where they resolve technical problems, in as many as possible of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Citrix Presentation Server
