CERINTE

Fluent in English — both written and spoken Knowledgeable with Windows Operating Systems and also common Microsoft desktop applications
Experienced in troubleshooting and providing remote support, directly to client end-users through the client Service Desk support escalation processes and ticketing tools
Understanding the principles behind Active Directory, DNS, local client networking Customer oriented — thoughtful, calm, active listener, confident
Experience an international work environment and also UK assignments
Communicate with demanding customers in a customer led environment
Travel to the UK for induction and Knowledge Transfer
Constant improve your skills and work with the
latest technologies
Work in a team and have fun with your colleagues
