RESPONSABILITATI

Support user queries on the applications Argus, TrackWise, Register, Documentum, Sharepoint etc
• Ensure compliance to the support processes and procedures
• Keep communication open with the user community to understand any system issues faced by user community.
• Ensure effective call resolution of user issues as per agreed SLA.
• Develop a knowledgebase for the support calls
• Manage changes/modifications in the application/system as per defined change control procedures and ensure compliance
• Identify areas to improve operational effectiveness and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
• Liaison with external vendors / partners to provide effective & complete resolution to problems
• Liaison with in-house Database administrator / system administrators to resolve the problems, database backup & restore drills, windows Security patch installation, planning system downtime for server maintenance activities.
• Escalate / communicate transparently critical issues / calls impacting business to the line manager and appropriate scientific group
• Ensure desired training for helpdesk to provide first level support on applications. Conduct trainings for user community on regular intervals to minimize support calls
• Define support processes, execution methodology for call tracking and closure on new systems.
• Work closely with the Project Managers to implement the activities related to new project rollout
• Execute and document Test scripts for system validation.
• Define user procedures for the applications from usage point of view.


CERINTE

• University Graduate with Computer Science / Information Technology background (bachelor degree)
• English advanced level (fluent prefered)
• Knowledge of SQL queries. Write queries to filter specific data from the database.
• Understanding of the Database (MS SQL and Oracle DB)
• Coding experience in .net or java
• Attitude to learn and implement new things.
• Should be willing to put in extended hours if a priority issue is to be resolved or Project go-live activities are to be completed as per due date.
