- Maintains high availability for all Windows operating systems;
- Performs server troubleshooting, systems optimizations, new servers’ implementation, servers’ migrations;
- Provides on going support for company users;
- Installs, maintains and troubleshoots all the hardware systems for the company users working in a multi-site environment;
- Provides seamless hardware operation for the computer, communication and office systems (PCs, printers, faxes, copiers, phones, PABX, network wire infrastructure, etc);
- Provides effective Network Services (IP Connectivity, Domain Name Services, Dynamic Host Configuration, Windows Information Name Services, Anti-Virus Protection, Remote Administration, etc);
- Coordinates with Information Technology Engineers and Service Providers in order to ensure the highest possible up-time for the Inter-Regional Wide Area data communication links;
- Implements back up and disaster recovery procedures.
- University degree – Computer Science/ Engineering;
- At least 1 year experience provided in Windows 2000/2003 systems administration;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Severs, MS Office products, Networking, WiFi;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
- Good command of English;
- Clean driving license – B Category;
- Availability to travel extensively throughout the Western part of the country.
