• Handling Reimage requests
• Patching Network cables in hub rooms – Maintenance of Hub Rooms and IT Control Offices as per Genpact Clean Desk and Data Compliance policies
• All desk side related Moves and changes in IT Infrastructure eg. IT Systems, Machines, wiring, cabling, etc.
• Managing team movements across CoEs
• Asset Management and Inventory control
