What you’ll have to do
- Collaborate with Global IT Team to access and use the IT Global Infrastructure resources.
- Support the requirements of the R&D teams for the growing of the visualization platform.
- Maintain, support and continuously improve the various infrastructure platforms end to end
- Plan and manage the installation of new products and features as required by the growing infrastructure needs
- Ensuring that all systems and workflows are documented and that documentation is maintained at all times.
- Design and implement automation solutions for high availability, scalability, monitoring and recovery of all key systems
- Be the escalation point for any infrastructure related issues
- Support R&D teams in researching new technologies
What we need
- Proven experience in fields related to infrastructure engineering, visualization and cloud systems, server administration
- Have a deep understanding of Unix, Linux, or Windows internals
- Good networking skills bash and scripting
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and have ability to use own initiative and follow issues to completion
- The following would be recommended: Windows Server, Hyper V, System Center, Microsoft
MVP, PowerShell, RedHat, Ubuntu
