Main tasks:
•Responsible for Production Line set-up strategy, new technology and process implement the areas of supermarket,SMD,FAl,FAl, packing and DC.
•Develop and generate documentation for end to end related process flow.
•Creates, Initiates and implement new processes supermarket,SMD,FAl, packing and DC Process controls and improvement activities.
•Collaborate to both external and internal team on problem solving.
•Can create, manage & execute Action Plans.
•Responsible for balancing the load between Supermarket,SMD,FAl, packing and DC.
Requirements:
-Typically in position 1-2 years based on performance.
-Degree or equivalent.
-Industrial or methods engineering experience (work standards & factory process layc
-Capacity management and operational efficiency understanding
-Good English and Romanian skills
-5S/Lean manufacturing implementation experience
-Management of suppliers and capital equipment procurement :Competence in industrial engineering tasks. Management of network, suppliers and capital equipment procurement
-Experience in logistical developments
