¿ The applicant will be in charge to set up a new productive plant in Rumania accordint to the Head Quarters in Barcelona. Besides, he/she will manage the differents departments of the plant beeing the responsible of fulfill the targets, plans and budgets fixed by the Head Quarters. He/she will be in charge to make that everything in the plant works properly: machines, quality norms, human resources,...
¿ University degree: Mechanical Enginner
¿ Knowledge of timekeeping, JIT, KAIZEN, KANBAN, ISO TS 16949 and MBA will be valued.
¿ Residence: Cluj - Napoca
¿ Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Internet.
¿ Languages: Fluent English and/or French and Spanish is an asset.
¿ 5 years in automotion and/or industrial environments in a similar job in a productive plant.
¿ Training of more than 5 months in the firm passing through different departments and getting to know details of the business in Madrid, Spain.
¿ The salary will be negotiable depending on the personal and professional achievements of the candidate.
¿ Career development in the Cluj - Napoca.
