- Implement, maintain and develop methods and processes for the end-to-end manufacturing operations
- Solves standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods
- Responsible for Production Line set-up strategy, new technology and process implementation
- Develop and generate documentation for end-to-end related process flow
- Creates, initiates and implement new processes
- Collaborate to both external and internal team on problem solving
- Can create, manage & execute Action Plans
- 1-2 years relevant experience on a similar position
- University degree
- Relevant experience in logistical developments
- Industrial or methods engineering experience (work standards & factory process layout)
- Capacity management & operational efficiency understanding
- Lean manufacturing implementation experience
- Competence in industrial engineering tasks
- Management of network, suppliers and capital equipment
- Methodological & systematic person
- AutoCad knowledges
- Good English & Romanian skills
