- Optimization and guarantee of the production capacity by further development of the existent machines and equipment.
- Complete new design and modify engineering on machines and equipment, tool kits, devices and transport systems respecting the optimal technical and economical exigencies.
- Purposive conversion of the technical development projects, developments and implementation of new procedures.
- Develop and codify working methods, basis of the operating cycles and work instructions (for new machines and operations).
- Fixing the priorities and distribute the capacity of the personnel by the internal importance and urgency according to the production manager.
- Assure specific technical instruction in the production area.
- Adherence to the operator’s obligations that emerge from the environmental law and the bonding of the company’s appointee to the upcoming investment decision.

-Relevant experience with manufacturing and implement technology / manufacturing systems engineering
