RESPONSABILITATI

HRD Manager works as a Human Resources Development expert as part of Factory HR team. HRD ensures strategic capability initiatives are identified, designed and delivered throughout the organisation in a consistent and effective manner. HRD is responsible for the delivery of development solutions, development of HRD capability within HR community and implementation of Unit and Corporate strategic initiatives.

This will require understanding and translating specific business needs into development solutions and HRD activities. HRD Manager supports strategic HRD projects and acts as a consultant to local managers in HRD topics in co-operation with local HR.

Main Responsibility Areas
- Translating factory strategy into development actions
- Designing, managing and delivering key development solutions and HRD interventions in the factory
- Supporting global HRD initiatives in line with Nokia strategy & factory focus areas
- Coaching and advising management and local HR consultants on organizational development topics
- Gathering feedback and measuring of performance impact of the delivered learning portfolio and HRD interventions
- Supporting and facilitating HRD processes like talent management, team and organisational development as well as different change initiatives
- Collaborating with relevant external stakeholder, for example training suppliers and local authorities
- Planning and budgeting
- Manages local vendors and outsourced learning solutions

Person we are seeking is an individual contributor who plans and carries out variety of complex activities, analyses problems, makes decisions typically according to established solutions and developes recommendations.

Person in this role reports to Global Factories HRD Manager. She/he is accountable for quality and efficiency of own achievements and the HRD entity as a whole.

Ideal candidate would have some years of relevant HR/HRD experience and Master?s degree in relevant field combined with expertise in adult learning. Quick learner and networker, able to very independently seek, apply and share information. Is able to see the big picture and analyse complex situations. Has positive can-do attitude and development mindset and thus can influence others when consulting, coaching or negotiating. Skilled in organizing and project management: both planning and implementing. Good cooperation & communication skills including written and spoken Romanian and English.

DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

Nokia Romania HR team belongs to Area HR organisation, Europe Area. Due to Nokia starting mobile device operations unit in Cluj-Napoja, Romania, also the HR team grows. However the HRD manager belongs to the Global Demand Supply Network Management HRD organization, and works together with the local HR team.

HR team ensures full range of HR services to Nokia R&D, Sales and Operations units. At the beginning of 2009 these units consist of around 1600-1700 people.
